Buying your first home creates stability and wealth.  It gives people the chance to make the owner decisions about where and how they live.  It also creates a foundation of wealth when, care for properly can grow into other opportunities.  Real estate professionals can help you find and buy a home but we want to take that a step further.  Our goal is to help people utilize their opportunity to buy real estate not just by helping with the purchase process but also by contributing part of the money we earn to their purchase.  Property ownership has helped us so we want to help us get that same chance as well.  

1st Time Homebuyers Requirements:

• No previous ownership interest in real estate
• Signing agreement naming Myrtle Properties as their agent
• Lender requirements, if applicable
