Local Business Employer Program

In our experience operating a business, hiring and retaining good employees is both essential and very difficult.  Especially when other large chain operations have a competitive advantage with the benefits they can offer.  Our Local Business Owner Rebate Program allows small business owners to provide a benefit to their employees that will result in significant financial gain when they purchase a property.  Unlike other benefits that employers must financially contribute toward, this rebate program comes without any cost to the employer because the contribution comes from our commission.

Local Business Employer Requirements:

• Current employment at a locally-owned business
• Signing agreement naming Myrtle Properties as their agent
• Lender requirements, if applicable
